"I ordered my Dunlop Elite 4 tires from Adam last week, and was able to schedule my installation for yesterday. Adam went out of his way to give me a great deal on my tires, and made sure to answer all my questions about the tires. I met Cooper in the maintenance area yesterday and he quickly got me in the system, located my tires, and my Goldwing was promptly bought in the shop for the tire change. I wandered around in the sales area and was looking at another riding jacket when I met Josh. He was very friendly and answered my questions about the Fox riding jacket I was looking at. Needless to say, I will be back to purchase the Jacket I wasn’t waiting very long when Brian rode my Goldwing back around to say the tire installation was finished. I was highly impressed with Brian. It is a great peace of mind to have experienced Technicians such as Brian working on my motorcycle! He said the installation went very smoothly, but he noticed my front brake pads were worn to the point of needing replacing. I really appreciated him noticing this! I elected to get them replaced and Brian took my Goldwing back in the shop to do the work. He was finished in 15 minutes and my Goldwing was again ready to ride! My whole experience at Interstate Honda was the best experience I had in 35 years of riding. Adam, Cooper, Josh, and Brian (others I met but didn’t get their names) were professional and did a fantastic job of making sure my experience was first rate!! I will not hesitate to use Interstate Honda for all my maintenance and riding needs. If I was to rate my experience yesterday from a scale from 1 out of 10 it would be a 15!! The guy that I want to thank and really, really appreciate is Bobby. He delivered our UTV. He went way above and beyond for good customer service. So much so that it shocked me that he followed thru on what he said he would do. And the dude can back a trailer like nobody’s business!
